My order arrived damaged. What should I do?Updated 3 months ago
All of our merchandise is inspected for damage prior to shipping. If you receive products that were damaged during transit, please call our Customer Care Team at 1-647-0100 or email us at [email protected] to report the damage, and we will assist you in placing a damage claim with the carrier who made your delivery. We will request photos of the damage in order to assist with filing a claim. It's important to take clear photos of all damaged items as it will help expedite the claims process.
Please note: some products (i.e.; wax) are heat sensitive and may melt slightly during the shipping process, however this will not alter the quality of the product.
