Do you ship Internationally?Updated 3 months ago

Due to the high cost of complying with EU GDPR, we have discontinued all marketing, services, and sales to EU member states. This policy was put into effect on 4/27/2018. Quite simply, we are a US company with a very small presence in those areas. The cost of recoding our website is exorbitant compared to the revenue that will be gained. It also puts into question how we comply with US Federal recall laws if invoices and batch numbers are not stored for future reference. We apologize to our EU friends for this change. Hopefully your laws will become more small business friendly in the future. Below are our shipping policies for the rest of the world.


We do not ship out ship internationally; however, Customers are able to purchase our products by shipping directly to a USA-based freight forwarder of their choice. When shipping directly to a freight forwarder, customers should simply use the freight forwarder shipping address as the shipping address for the order. 


Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all products are able to pass through customs without issue. We are not able to accept returns on items rejected due to import/export issues.


If a customer choses not to use a freight forwarder, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
