What is Nature’s Garden Garden Club?
Nature’s Garden Garden Club is a loyalty program that will allow you to earn points for every dollar spent, and give you access to exclusive perks. Click here (link to loyalty landing page) to learn more and join the club today!

The Garden Club is a points-based rewards program with different membership tiers and redemption levels. If you are already a member, log in to your Nature’s Garden account to redeem your rewards.

How do I sign up for rewards?

Create a Nature’s Garden account and you will start earning rewards on your next purchase!

Sorry, but we can't add points from old orders retroactively. Points start accruing from the day you create your account and join our Garden Club.

How do I earn points?

How do I make a referral?

Thanks so much for sharing Nature’s Garden with your friends and family!

Refer your friends and family with your unique link, found in your Nature’s Garden account. If they’re a new customer, they’ll get $20 off their first order of $50 or more, and you’ll receive 2,000 points once the purchase is complete!

How do I create a review to receive points?

You will receive an email requesting you to leave a review on your recent Nature’s Garden purchase 21 days after delivery. You must use this email to leave a review to earn points. The reviews submitted directly on-site will not be rewarded Garden Club points.

By submitting a standard review, you will receive 50 points. If you add a photo or video to your review you will receive 100 points total.

How do I redeem points?

You can redeem your points at checkout. You must be logged in to your account to view the number of points redeemable at checkout.

A minimum of 200 points is needed to begin redemption. You will see a dropdown menu at checkout that will show you the number of points you have (if any) that can be applied to your order.

Points can only be redeemed in the following increments and cannot be combined in a single purchase.

200 Points = $2 off
500 Points = $5 off
1,000 Points = $10 off
2,000 Points = $20 off
2,500 Points = $25 off
5,000 Points = $50 off

Do my points expire?

Yes, Garden Club points will expire 12 months after they are earned.

How do I check my points balance?

You can check your points balance and tier level by logging in to your Nature’s Garden account and heading to your Account Page.

How long does it take for my tier status to update?

It typically takes 24 hours for your new status to be reflected in your account when moving between tiers.

Once you level up to the next tier, you will receive an email with a unique coupon code for a gift to redeem on your next order!

How do I advance to the next tier?

You are automatically enrolled in the Hobbyist tier.

Our tiers are based on dollars spent within a rolling year. A rolling year is based on when you signed up for the Garden Club rewards or advance to the next level. For example, once you achieve the dollar threshold of the next tier, your year will restart.

Hobbyist = $0-$249
Crafter = $250-$1,499
Artisan = $1,500-$4,999
Innovator = Over $5,000

I redeemed points on an order and returned my entire order. Do I get those points back? If you redeemed points and returned your entire order, your points will be added back to your account when you are refunded. Additionally, the points earned on the returned order will be deducted from your account.

Can I transfer or merge my points between two separate accounts?

Unfortunately, we are unable to combine accounts. We suggest picking one email address to use at checkout moving forward so that you can begin to earn and use your points.

What is the anniversary reward?

You will receive an anniversary reward annually. Depending on your loyalty tier, you will receive a 10-15% off one-time coupon code just for you!

What is the monthly sample?

At the beginning of every month, all Garden Club members will be notified of the monthly sample available for their tier level. We will send a coupon code valid for the current month. All you will have to do is add the item to your cart and apply the coupon at checkout to redeem!

The curated monthly samples will range from new, trending, and top sellers that are handpicked options to inspire your next project.
